This video illustrates our technique used for a meniscal root repair of the knee. The patient is a 40 year old who has sustained a tear of the root attachment of the medial meniscus. Two sutures are passed through the meniscal root tissue, retrieved through a tunnel drilled at the native attachment of the root, and tensioned and tied over the anterior tibia.
