Hi viewers! • Welcome Back to Doctor Speaks! • This tutorial is about the Anatomy of Scapular Region Muscles. There are six muscles in the scapular region and these muscles primarily join the scapula to the humerus and so these muscles are associated with the movements at the shoulder joint. So these six muscles namely are the Deltoid, Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor, Teres Major and Subscapularis muscle. Four of these Six muscles attach to the capsule of the shoulder joint and so these muscles make up the rotator cuff. So the rotator cuff muscles are the Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor and Subscapularis. • So this tutorial contains a brief explanation of the anatomical features of each of these muscles. • Hope this is useful! • Thank You. • Chapters • 0:00 Introduction to Scapular region • 1:11 Deltoid muscle • 4:20 Supraspinatus muscle • 7:23 Infraspinatus muscle • 9:27 Teres Minor muscle • 11:21 Teres Major muscle • 14:37 Subscapularis muscle • For similar anatomy tutorials, follow the given links. • Biceps Brachii muscle anatomy; • Link: • Biceps Brachii Muscle Anatomy | Anter... • Brachialis muscle anatomy; • Link: • Brachialis Muscle Anatomy | Anterior ... • Coracobrachialis muscle anatomy; • Link: • Coracobrachialis Muscle Anatomy | Ant... • Follow us on Facebook for regular study tutorials: • / doctorspeaks19 • #ScapulaRegionMuscles #MusclesOfScapularRegion #ScapularRegion #Deltoid #Supraspinatus #Infraspinatus #TeresMinor #TeresMajor #Subscapularis #Anatomy #DoctorSpeaks
