Recording of spontaneous activity from the ganglion cell layer in the Cone Rod Homeobox knockout mouse retina, a model of photoreceptor dystrophy. Dystrophic retinas are characterized by pathological, strong spontaneous bursting and oscillations in the ganglion cell layer.
