A COSY GERMAN OKTOBERFEST FOR TWO A HOME UPDATE// Hello everyone, So many keep asking us if we have a little update regarding our renovation? Yes we do as we share a bit more in today's video. • September is also month of the Oktoberfest in Munich (which doesn't take place in 2021 unfortunately). Since we have been quite busy, we are sharing a cosy German Oktoberfest here in our kitchen. We're making Weisswürste with a yummy carrot salad and Joerg shares some great German beers. Enjoy.xx • _____ • RECIPE CARROT SALAD: • Ingredients • 400g carotts • 1tbsp. honey • 1/2 lemon juice • Vinaigrette: • Oil • 100ml water • tsp salt • a bit of vinegar • Method • Peel the carrots and wash them. Add the lemon and honey. • Add the oil and vinaigrette.
