This is first in a series I am doing this month called Warm Winter Dinners! This is a vintage family favorite recipe-Chicken Divan. Warm, cheesy, chicken and broccoli in a tasty sauce. It is even quick to make after work and warms up great. • Chicken Divan • 2-4 cups of cooked chicken diced • 1 can of cream of chicken soup • 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli thawed • 1 cup of cheese or more • Seasoned bread crumbs • Preheat oven to 350 • Put chicken in bottom of baking dish • Mix soup, Mayo and lemon juice together and spread on top of chicken • Place broccoli on top of sauce and top with cheese and bread crumbs. • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
