In this video I explain how to weave overshot and the problems I ran into while trying to weave a pattern from the Jan/Feb 2017 Handwoven Magazine called Amaryllis in Winter . The pattern is a kit from Treenway Silks and specifies a 60/4 Silk/Wool for the warp tabby weft and 8/2 100% Reedled Silk for the pattern weft. The warp is set at 28 epi and the pattern says to weave at 22 ppi (11 ppi tabby, 11 ppi pattern). However, I ran into problems and this video explains why and how I solved those problem. • Thanks for watching. Did you know the ads in this video help support my channel?
