For years I have had problems with my impact drill (DCF886) not coming on when the trigger is used. It is so annoying but the problem was manageable. I would flick the switch and it would start to work but the light would remain on for ages 4-5 minutes. • Decided to give some switch cleaner a try and to my surprise, my DeWalt impact driver is working first time every time (so far). • This is a quick and easy fix.
