The SP7 Skin Packaging Machine is the next-generation update of our popular Skin Packaging series. With several design refinements, the SP7 is a modern version of our previous machines and the best machine of its kind in the world. • The SP7 is capable of wrapping up to 3 sealing boards a minute, with an optional in-feed and out-feed table to streamline the sealing process. The sealing area is 765x511mm, but can be customised to your requirements. • The SP7 uses Surlyn coated film to package your product. The film is heated and then drawn over the product using a powerful vacuum to provide a tough and tamper-proof seal. Unusually shaped items are not an issue for the SP7 and as the material is completely transparent, consumers can see the product prior to sale. • The SP7 comes with adjustable heating zones for precise control of the packaging process.
