I give instructions for vanilla and chocolate keto mug cakes and peanut butter keto mug cake • Printable Recipe Link: • https://jenniferbanz.com/keto-mug-cake • Prep Time: 4 minutes • Cook Time: 1 minute • Total Time: 5 minutes • Servings: 1 • INGREDIENTS - Chocolate • 1 Tablespoon Butter, melted • 3 Tbsp Almond flour (My favorite brand on Amazon https://amzn.to/2Nw5aDK (affiliate link) • 2 Tablespoons Granular Sweetener (My favorite brand on Amazon https://amzn.to/2D8OmNj (affiliate link) • 1 Tablespoons Cocoa powder • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder • 1 Egg, beaten • Splash of vanilla • 1 Tablespoon Sugar free Chocolate Chips (My favorite brand on Amazon https://amzn.to/2OvXkt7 (affiliate link) • INSTRUCTIONS • In a coffee mug, melt the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds. Add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, and beaten egg. • Mix well. Microwave on high for 60 seconds, being sure not to overcook. If you overcook it, it will be dry. • Top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired. • For vanilla - leave out the cocoa powder • For Peanut butter - Leave out the cocoa powder and add a tablespoon of natural sugar free peanut butter.
