This is how to make the easiest Homemade Ofada Sauce Recipe from the scratch. • INGREDIENTS For OFADA SAUCE • *Assorted Meat(Cow Tripe, Liver, roundabout, Heart, etc) • *Ponmo (as much as you want) • *1 1/2 Cup Palmoil • *2 Tablespoon Locust Beans ( Iru) • *2 Tablespoon Crayfish Powder • *1.5 -2 seasoning Cubes • *3-4 Boiled Eggs (Optional) • *1 cup Stock or water • salt to taste • For the Pepper Mix • *3-5 big Red Bell Peppers (Tatashey) • *8-10 Cayenne Pepper ( Shombo) • *3-5 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo) • 2 medium size Onions • This measurements is just a guide to the ratio.
