Today we are showing you How to Catch Rainbow Trout with Powerbait and giving you some Stock Trout Fishing Tips along the way. When you first arrive at stocked waters, these important techniques can make or break your day on the water. All of which we will be sharing with you. It resembles the bait that they get fed in the hatchery. I recommend getting a couple different colored baits out there because they can be smoking one color but not touching another. • Trout Rod: https://amzn.to/3dnUz8c • I use the 5 foot berkley cherrywood ultra light rod. The sensitivity on the rod is amazing, which makes it great to feel the trout. I also use this rod for catching panfish. The light action makes the fight fun! • Trout Reel: https://amzn.to/35HdkAE • The 1000FE is a great choice. It is not too big, but still holds a good amount of line. I have used my shimano reel for 10 years and have not had any problems with it. I use a pflueger trion reel for trout, crappier, and bass fishing and it works great.
