How I built the plywood frame and face for the upper bookshelf cabinets on my DIY Built-In Entertainment Center. • Framing cabinets for a wall of built-in bookshelves, cabinet storage and entertainment center. • There are so many different ways I could have made these built-ins. DIY Before and After Family Room... • I used 1/2 thick paint ready cabinet-grade plywood to build the upper cabinet frame. Select Pine and plywood was used for the face of the built-in cabinets. Extra molding was added for more detail on these built-ins.
