This bibimbap is a light and easy version of bibimbap. Collect fresh vegetables that has different flavors and texture. Thinly slice or julienne them and serve it with nutty flavored soy sauce. Adding tuna, dried seaweed; gim adds more flavor to this dish. • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ • Ingredients • 1 cup cooked rice • 1/3 cup julienned carrot • 1/3 cup sliced green leaves • 1/3 cup micro vegetables or any small green leaves • 1/3 cup canned tuna, drained • 1 egg • Sauce • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce • 1 tablespoon water • 1 tablespoon sesame oil • 2 tablespoons slightly crushed toasted sesame seeds • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion • Instructions • 1. Chop the green onion. Half crush the sesame seeds. • 2. In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Mix all the ingredients well and set aside. • 3. Thinly slice the carrot, and then cut into thin match sticks or julienne them. Layer the green leaves, tightly roll them and thinly slice. Then shred the leaves. • 4. Drain the tuna can. Thinly cut the dried seaweed with scissors. • 5. Make a sunny side up egg. Add a pinch of salt to the egg. • 6. Add the cooked rice in the bowl. Place each vegetable one by one to fully cover the rice. Add the stir-fried egg on the rice.
