Easy Astral Projection Hypnosis NEW Method Captain and Crew with Extended Relaxation

This is a NEW astral projection method that I have developed myself in response to the comments from those of you who are still struggling to achieve an out of body experience. I'm calling this new method the Captain and Crew Astral Projection Method. • More on this: • As I read that so many of you struggle and try to force the experience, I have been trying to think of a way to convey the attitude to adopt when attempting to astral project. The idea of a captain and their crew finally dawned on me. A captain does not want or wish to reach their destination; they command and then set the direction. The crew does the work. So think of yourself as the captain and my words and your subconscious mind-body as the crew. • This opens with setting an intention, your command to set sail and we then get straight to powerful visualization to set you up for a successful exit. I tackle the itches, tics and twitches, even involuntary saliva and swallowing with techniques that should transform these and calm these. This not only provides solutions to: 1) the involuntary interference of the conscious mind in the form of twitches, itches etc. but also, 2) overthinking or trying to force the experience and, 3) lastly, calms emotions to a neutral state. Together my words and your subconscious guide you in a peaceful journey to an easy exit of the astral body. • After calming mind, body, and emotions I set you up for success and guide you to exit your astral body.
