My NEW... • This is why you'll love this homemade peanut butter ice cream: • It's super creamy and smooth! • It's rich in peanut butter flavor! • It's made with no sugar and artificial flavors! • It's so easy to make! • PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM RECIPE • (makes 8 servings) • Ingredients: • 1 cup coconut milk (240ml) • 1 cup oat slurry (240ml) (see details in the video) • 1/2 cup date paste (150g) • 3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter (180g) • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 tsp vanilla extract • NUTRITIONAL INFO (per serving): • 275 calories, fat 19.2g, carb 22.3g, protein 7.9g • Preparation: • For oat slurry, combine oats and milk and let it soak for 2 hours. Strain the mixture through the sieve, pressing with the back of the spoon. • Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, until it thickens. Let it cool. • In a bowl, add coconut milk, oat slurry, peanut butter, sweet date paste, salt and vanilla extract. • Mix everything together with a mixer for 1 minute. • Cover and place in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring the mixture every 30-45 minutes, or until it freezes to desired consistency. • Serve with chopped peanut butter and drizzle of melted dark chocolate. • Enjoy!
