Making a central dust collector part 2 - turbine • This time my central dust collector is gaining a proper shape and power :) In this episode I'm showing the way how to align the impeller, balance the impeller and I'm also finishing the construction of the whole turbine. And at the end what Tigers like most - a test of the first start of the turbine and checking what happens with the sawdust ;) • As before, the film contains wide descriptions of operations being carried out, because I want to show my reasoning, problems and solutions in details for these of you who want to build their own DIY dust collector. • Making a central dust collector is a series, which will include subsequently: making an impeller, turbine, cyclone, housing, the dust collector's filter and installation of the central dust collector in the carpenter's shop. • Tools that were used: • Scroll saw Scheppach DECO-FLEX http://bit.ly/2FsG4yM • Dust collector Starmix ISC ARDL-1625 http://bit.ly/2iH3qqE • Oscillating spindle grinding machine Scheppach OSM100 http://bit.ly/2rQEg0C • Wood turning lathe Scheppach Lata 5.0 http://bit.ly/2rSV2MM • Disc sander DIY http://bit.ly/2E1g6Fu • Table saw http://bit.ly/2ymYSwl • Circular saw Evolution Fury 1-B http://bit.ly/2DOfzrf • Router • Jig saw • Screwdriver • Great thanks to: • Marius Hornberger - http://bit.ly/2p7Sg4T • Matthias Wandel - http://bit.ly/1ZWIx7F • If you don't want to miss any episode, subscribe the channel Carpenter's shop from scratch: • / stolarniaodzera • The photos from my projects are to be found on Instagram: • / stolarniaodzera • An easy way to find everything that relates to Carpenter's shop from scratch on WWW: • WWW: http://stolarniaodzera.pl
