Get your heart pumping with this 30 minute no jumping full body Metcon workout! This metabolic conditioning routine will help you burn fat and build strength without any jumping exercises. • What is METCON? Well it stands for Metabollic Conditioning and it combines a mix of strength training, Cardio and HiiT which improves the bodys ability to burn calories, improve endurance and strength. • Day 9 is a combination of 3 circuits where the exercises target multiple body parts. Each circuit has 5 exercises with 40 secs work and 20 secs rest with 2 rounds.
