Magnatec is Semi-Synthetic engine oil from Castrol. • Info. 10W40 10 represents how much LOWER TEMPERATURE will the oil retain its properties. Lower the number means it can retain its properties in lower temerature conditions. While the 40 represents the HIGHER TEMPERATURE performance. Higher the temperature means that how well can oil retain its properties in higher temperature. • Engine oil is classified in 3 types • 1- Mineral oil • 2- Semi synthetic oil • 3- Synthetic oil • 1- Mineral oil is the type of lubrication engine oil which is least processed oil from the Crude oil thats why it is the cheapest type of engine oil • 2- Semi Synthetic oil is a type of oil which is basically the mineral oil but has some added synthetic oil to increase its performance without boosting the prices of oil. • 3.
