Continuing from the last Vlog-30, where we managed to reach the famous BuddhaNeelkanth Temple also known as Jal Narayan Mandir through public Transport. In this Vlog, we enter the campus and get the holy darshan of the popular reclining Vishnu in the temple's pond whose source is believed to be connected to Gosaikund, a waterfall having a healing connection to Lord Shiva, which helped him overcome the Halahal which he drank to save the world after Samudra-Manthan. • Post the divine darshan, we were lucky to come across a traditional yet beautiful Nepali-Hindu Wedding happening within the temple premises. Not to my surprise the wedding rituals are very similar to that of ours in India! There are two more destinations which you can visit nearby the first being Kopan Monastery the second being Shivpuri Nagarjuna National Park both located in the Shivpuri Hills, Northern Kathmandu Valley in the Bagmati province of Kathmandu, Nepal! • In these vlogs we continue with the Nepal Series resuming from the Kaathmandu expedition where we had shown the location around my stay near Gaushala, Kathmandu.
