It is such an amazing city filled with a diverse culture and history (it is the the ancient capital of China, after all!). We began our trip by eating LOTS of famous Xi'an street food in the famous Muslim Quarter -- a direct influence of the Silk Road, spent a full day exploring the 8th Wonder of the World -- the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and ended our trip at Mount Huashan, where you find the deadliest hike in the world -- the Plank in the Sky!
