If you are going camping and you follow a ketogenic or low carb diet, then you need to watch this keto camping video! We recently got back from a camping trip on the lake with our non keto friends and family. And I’m happy to report that we stayed true to the keto diet the entire camp trip! It is possible and actually easy to do. Shake to mix. In another mason jar, add the wet ingredients. Shake to mix. • Add the wet to the dry ingredients. Shake. • Spoon onto a griddle and cook on the first side until the bottom is a golden brown and solid enough to flip. (Might take longer than the average pancake).
