Lisa Kestel visits Potsdam, the capital of the federal state of Brandenburg. Potsdam is only a stone's throw (or a train journey of about 25 minutes) from Berlin and is often referred to as the city of contrasts : magnificent castles and buildings - the legacy of the former residence of the kings of Prussia - alternate with numerous green spaces and lakes.
