Hi Phan Club!! • Today I made Vietnamese Rotisserie Chicken “Ga Roti” with pickled veggies and rice! I know some of you guys will ask for the recipe so i’ll be sure to make a video on it on my second channel. Ga Roti is a very savory delicious chicken that is usually roasted, grilled or even cooked in the pot. It’s very flavorful with warm spices like star anise, white pepper, ginger, clove, cinnamon and lots of garlic. The sauce is sweet and salty and so good on its own over warm rice!
