Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce was crowned the fastest woman on earth at the culmination of an exciting second day of action at the IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha. • The Jamaican claimed a fourth World Championships gold medal with a blistering 10.71s run with her son supporting in the crowd. • Also winning a fourth World Championships gold was American triple jumper Christian Taylor, whose 17.92m leap could not be surpassed by his rivals. • There was a new world record set in the mixed 4x400m as the American team of Wilbert London, Allyson Felix, Courtney Okolo and Michael Cherry went round in 3:09.34s.
