Alaska King Salmon Fishing Vlog

We recap our recent salmon fishing trip to Alaska. We traveled to a remote fishing camp (Alaska Trophy Fishing Safaris) using a float plane. Targeted king salmon but also caught sockeye, Arctic char, grayling and rainbow trout. • This camp appealed to us because we wanted a remote, quality fishing experience and also wanted to stream fish. We stayed in comfortable wall tents and truly had an incredibly fun trip. To do this trip with my oldest son was extra special. • We used spinning rods to catch many of the big kings drifting or casting Blue Fox Vibrex Spinners or Mepps Spinners tipped with a spawn sack. We also had a lot of fun with a fly rod. Didn’t have to troll and draw straws! • Alaska was everything we hoped for and extremely beautiful.
