Meanwhile, a second nose will likely pick up aromatic herbs, earth and mushrooms. • [10:43] Palate Mouthfeel: • An intense and dry mature palate, Perrier-Jouët has a velvety mouthfeel and long finish. • Opening notes consists of cherry, plums and zesty lemon rind. Heart notes are red apples, honey and grapfeuit.
