This vinyl is SO cool! ✨ • On its own, it looks like regular adhesive vinyl. There are a lot of pretty colors, but once you flash a light on it, the flash will change the look of the vinyl. • This would be a perfect project for a car decal, a window decal, a Halloween project, or a stained glass sign. • My personal favorite is the rainbow colors! 🌈 They sell the rainbow effects in black, coral, lime, blue, and yellow.
