There's a brand new roadmap for sims 4 from September to December, which includes two new kits, free updates, an in game event, and an expansion pack covering life and death. I'll give you my honest thoughts and opinions and of course I will be covering if and when we get updates/ patch notes for bug fixes for broken packs.
