It's been a while since I've done a video focused specifically on bright lights, and this is one of my favorite triggers! We're also back with a black background for this one so that hopefully you can just relax and tune everything else out. This is an eye exam roleplay style video, including lots of different eye tests and instructions to follow. I took a more calm approach for this video, talking a little bit less and focusing on the visuals to allow your eyes to feel heavy and sleepy. This video also includes lots of personal eye contact! 👀 I hope this helps to relax your mind, you deserve it! ♡ • ⚡️Warning: This video may not be suitable for you if you are sensitive to lights • Timestamps: • 00:00 HelloFresh • 02:53 Initial inspection of your eyes • 05:04 Follow the light • 06:33 Tell me when you see the light (peripheral vision tests) • 09:22 Look up, look down, look left, look right • 11:34 Testing your pupil dilation • 13:17 Clicking light on and off • 14:55 Look at my finger, now look at the light • 16:53 Covering your eyes...look at the light • 17:54 Looking at your eyes through colored lenses • 20:14 Using two blue/purple lights • 23:01 Having a final up close look at your eyes • 24:43 Outro • Goodnight! x • ~ Abby • Instagram ▷   / abbyasmrtist   • TikTok ▷ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMR2Y8Rca/ • Business Inquiries ▷ [email protected] • Upload Schedule: • Every Sunday sometimes midweek on Wednesday/Thursday • If you'd like to further support me, you can click the 'Thanks' button to provide a tip and have your comment highlighted! ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep. • Thank you ❤︎ • Whether you've been watching for a while or only just arrived, you're so welcome here and I truly appreciate your support. I hope I can help promote a state of physical and mental well-being, you deserve it! Much love x
