Could Sennelier's La Petite Aquarelle be the best beginner's watercolor? It's a good possibility! Today I'll be reviewing these awesome academic/beginner grade watercolor paints in the 24 1/2 pan set. Also, I will be comparing some of the colors up against their artist's grade watercolor paints (La Aquarelle French Artist's line).
