In other words, a bicycle without any suspension on the rear wheel. • But, is the Thudbuster really the best bicycle suspension seatpost on the market? I can not make that claim as I have not ridden every suspension seatpost available. • I do know that I, for me, it has offered increased comfort. Making the ride much smoother than without. • Specifications • The main reason that I went with the LT model (long throw) is because of my height. At the time that I bought it, a super long version was available, making it a no brainer. • Another of the benefits that sold me were the different elastomers that are available. These allow for the seatpost to be fine tuned to the riders weight. Medium firm elastomers are pre-installed from the factory. Extra Soft, Soft, Firm, and Extra Firm elastomers are available as an extra. • The seatpost comes in three different diameters 27.2, 30.9, 31.6 mm
