Blog: https://www.lekcjewkuchni.pl/ • Instagram:   / lekcjewkuchni   • Facebook:   / lekcjewkuchni   • Pinterest:   / lekcjewkuchnipl   • Twitter:   / lekcjewkuchni   • If you like this video, please leave thumbs up . • Subscribe to get notification when new video is uploaded: •    / @lekcjewkuchni   • for the sponge cake: • 4 eggs, • 2/3 cup of sugar, • 1 cup of flour, • 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder • few tbsp of lemon juice mixed with water for soaking the sponge cake • 3 packages of red fruit jello (1 package=70 g of powder, each one requires 500 ml of water), • 5 cups of hot water, • 1 1/2 cup of berries (fresh or frozen) • 1120 g of sweetened vanilla fromage frais, • 4 and 1/4 tbsp of gelatine powder plus 1/2 cup of water, • few pieces of dark chocolate for grating • Prepare the sponge cake (you can do this the day before): beat the eggs with sugar for about 7-10 minutes or until light and fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder Sprinkle the dry ingredients all over the egg mixture and gently fold them in. Pour over the baking pan (25x35cm - line only the bottom with baking paper, do not grease the sides). Bake for about 20 minutes in 180C. Let cool completely ans soak with some lemon water. • Prepare the jellos, using 5 cups of liquid. Set aside, until starts to set. Pour the thickening jello with berries on your sponge cake and chill in he fridge, until sets completely (you can place the cake in the freezer for couple of minutes to speed up the process). • Cover the gelatine with water and set aside, until swell. Melt the gelatine with few tbsp of fromage (do not boil, it's best to use double boiler). Gradually combine with remaining fromage (if your mixture has some lumps, melt everything together and the lumps will dissapear). Set aside for few minutes, until slightly thickens and pour over the jello. Grate some chocolate on top. Chill in the fridge for few hours or until sets completely.
