In this video, I talk to you about an Hp Deskjet printer that is not recognizing an ink cartridge or multiple ink cartridges. The truth of the matter is that this is a somewhat rare problem but can happen from time to time. There are certain things that you can do to try to solve the problem, and I outline a few of them throughout the video. I try to go over some of the more common solutions first, because it will save you some time from trying out the ones that are less likely to work. The truth of the matter is that it can be a number of problems and it is simply a guessing game of trying out different solutions until you have found the right one that will work with your specific Hp Deskjet printer.
