How to build a Bailey Chair Megaesophagus

My friends dog was diagnosed with Megaesophagus which cause a loss of muscle control in the esophagus, which requires the dog to eat in an upright position so that they can swallow their food properly. The solution that people have found is called a Bailey chair. It is a seat for the dog that places them in an upright position so they can eat and drink. As far as I know they are custom built chairs only.
