Here is the long list of documents you need to apply Schengen visa • 1.Appointment letter • 2.Visa check list • 3. Application form • 4.Original With old passport carry at submission • 5. 3 Photographs - (35 mm x 45 mm), Matt or Semi Matt Finish, Coloured, White Background, Without Border, No Headgear like cap or sari, 75% of the Face to be Covered in the Photograph • 6.Passport Photocopy (One copy of the front page, one copy of the last page) and Photocopies of all previous Schengen Visas. Photocopies of valid US and UK Visas • Covering letter • 7. Air ticket copy • 8. Travel Insurance • 9. Hotel Booking • 10. Detailed Itinerary • 11. Personal Bank statement last 03 month till updated with bank sign stamp. • 12. Personal ITR copy last 03 years with computation pages • 13. Credit card last 01 card month statement if available • Pan Card Copy and Aadhar Card copy • 14. Vaccination certificate updated with passport number (if possible ) • 15. NOC from company (must be print on company letter with sign by HR)/NOC from college if you are student • 16. Salary slip last 03 month if employed • 17. Joining letter copy if employed • 18. Marriage certificate copy if applicable • 19.
