Here I have for you the Iron Singularity, a 276 village iron farm. This design has an extremely dense door layout and the 276 villages are arranged over 3 layers. The satellite layout is a flat design so it is possible to add more layers to this design (potentially as many layers as you like). It'll produce over 11,000 ingots an hour and uses a completely hopperless brain and skylight control.
