Today we will be cooking an authentic Greek meal on the island of Crete using simple and sustainable ingredients! • This is my favorite kind of cooking. I love learning new recipes from home chefs that also end up teaching me a little bit about their culture! We had such a beautiful time at the Dalabelos Estate cooking with our dear friend Maria. All the ingredients for our meal were sourced from the garden of the estate or made locally on Crete. • Crete is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and I am so glad I got to share a little glimpse of it with you as well.
