Also you may use Cherry tomatoes or canned tomatoes. • Olive oil • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar • oregano • Salt pepper to taste. • INSTRUCTIONS • 1. Cut 1 inch slices of the provolone cheese and place it into a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil . You may put together 1 or to cheese slices, one above the other. Place in oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes. • 2. Mix your chopped tomatoes with the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Top the provolone cheese with this mix once it’s out of the oven. • 3. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving. • 4. Garnish with oregano. • 5. Serve with crackers or toasts. • Enjoy!
