I've always admired women who could wear clothes that showed off some cleavage...and although I am a part of the #IttyBittyTittyCommittee I thought, that low cut items would be off limits to me. I mean, how silly would I look trying to show off something I don't have. Then I thought---not silly at all. Because confidence is sexy!
