Have you been wondering how to optimise your revision work with SCRIBZEE®, the application for managing your handwritten notes? • Once your OXFORD REVISION 2.0 cards or FLASH 2.0 flashcards have been scanned and stored in SCRIBZEE®, you can review your notes wherever and whenever you like and revise them to make the most of your journey or lunch break. To revise your OXFORD Bristol 2.0 or Revision 2.0 cards you’ll need to go to CARDS. Go to FLASHCARDS to revise your FLASH 2.0 flashcards. • Let’s start with the revisions with your OXFORD Bristol 2.0 or Revision 2.0 cards: • • Open CARDS. Your cards are classified in folders in accordance with the colour of their frames. Rename your folders with the names of your subjects to enable you to locate your cards more easily. • • When you’ve revised a card, update its status to indicate how well you understand it. To do so, click on the white square in the top right-hand corner. It will allow you to access the three statuses: • o Red = read quickly - skim or scan. • o Orange = you’re almost there. • o Green = you’ve mastered the topic. • • Go to your dashboard in order to obtain an overview of your revisions. To access it, go back to the card folder display in SCRIBZEE and select the “Dashboard” icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. You can view how many cards each folder contains, as well as a breakdown by statuses. To review your cards according to their status, select the status via the dashboard. Your cards with this status will appear on the screen. This system enables you to focus on the cards you still have to revise while displaying the work you’ve completed. • Now let’s move on to the FLASH 2.0 flashcards: • • Open FLASHCARDS. Like the cards, your flashcards are also automatically sorted by colours in folders that you can rename with the names of your subjects. • • To study your flashcards we advise you to use the quiz mode. To do so, click on the “Quiz” icon visible beside the flashcard folders. Position your smartphone horizontally. Your first flashcard will appear on the screen. • • SCRIBZEE will display your flashcards one after the other in quiz mode. Read each question and then try to remember the answer. Click on the flashcard to turn it over and reveal the answer. If your answer is correct, move the flashcard to the right. Can’t find the right answer? Move the flashcard to the left. SCRIBZEE® will display your score on the screen at the end of the quiz.
