LOW COUNTRY BOIL • INGREDIENTS • McCormick® Shrimp Crab Boil Spice (2 Bags) • 3 Tbs of salt • 3 pounds of red potatoes quartered • 2 large onions - quartered • 2 to 3 medium lemon - halved • Birds Eye Sweet mini corn on the cob - 9 to 12 ears • 3 to 4 pounds of crab legs • 1 pound of kielbasa • 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp - peeled and deveined • 1 pound crawfish • DIRECTIONS • 1. Bring 4 gallons of water to the boil. • 2. Add 2 bags of McCormick® Shrimp Crab Boil Spice. • 3. Add potato, onion , and lemon to pot and let them boil 10 minutes. • 4. After 10 minutes, add corn on the cob and crab legs to pot and boil for another 10 minutes. (Crab legs do not need to be submerged fully in water. ) • 5. After 10 minutes, add in shrimp and crawfish and continue to boil for only 5 more minutes. • 6. After 5 minutes, drain water off. • 7. Spread contents on a table lined with newspapers or brown paper bags and dig in.
