http://bit.ly/2CcN6YA - Hello, my name is James. I work for a company called Modwood Technologies. I'm at the Perth Home Show. What I would like to do is explain a little bit about what our product does. First up, it's made out of recycled wood shavings and reclaimed milk bottles. So, 90% of the product is made out of these two articles. So, environmentally, it's a very good story we've got here. As you can see over here, we've got a very comprehensive range of colours and, also, different widths of boards. So, we've got four colours and they are able to be reversed and they also, you'll probably notice that there is no top screws or nails because we've got a hidden fastening system. So, if you look between the boards, you can just see the black strapping but, as you can really, from a general point of view, it's very much a hidden fastening system. And, that's really where the market is going these days. One of our other recent, sort of, developments is we've got a board called Modwood Flame Shield, and that can be used in bush fire-prone zones up to including BAL-40. So, technically, what it is, it's like our standard board, but we've actually installed a flame retardant inside it. So, it's a, quite an innovative story for Modwood. The other thing I would like to show you is some large, sort of, format photographs of large scale installations. So, this is a large scale decking instal which gives you an idea of how it can be successfully installed and give ya a very attractive appearance and look about it. So, the key benefit that we promote overall is that it's a low maintenance system. You don't ever have to paint, stain or oil the boards. We give you a written warranty that, if you instal it as per our fixing instructions, that it won't be attacked by termites, it won't split, won't rot, won't twist. Which are all very powerful, positive, sort of, statements. So, Modwood is a Australian manufacturer. We've been manufacturing our boards since 2001. So, we really know all about how to manufacture a high quality, very durable, highly attractive decking board and screening board.
