Review of the GSG AK-47 Rifle, an AK-47 Rifle variant chambered in .22lr. This ak22 is made in Germany by GSG (German Sports Guns), and is imported by ATI (American Tactical Imports). This is the plain wood variant, but the Rebel variant (battlefield look) is also very popular. • AK-47 Parts Accessories ▶ https://amzn.to/3x91EE8 • This is a solid .22lr akm clone, which is probably the closest looking ak-47 clone you can get in .22 caliber. Most other .22 variants I have seen or handled have been of less quality and far less aesthetically pleasing. This rifle has nearly an identical appearance to an actual ak 7.62x39 rifle, and sports really nice wood for the stock and handguard set. The magazine also resembles and operates similar to the 7.62x39 version. • Although the wood stock and handguards are not finished, they are in new condition, so finishing the ak stock and handguards is a fairly easy and fun process. I have a tutorial on how to finish an ak stock linked below.
