What you looking for is a movement where most of the force is in the lengthened position and one you can progressively overload. • Sports science has been finding again and again that when a muscle is lengthened is when the opportunity for growth is the highest, but many bicep variations fail to target this part of the range of motion. Not these two! • I would hit these exercises 2-3x per week depending on your programming targeting anywhere from 5-30 reps per set.
