Chimichurri Tomahawk 🔥 • This beef cut is essentially a ribeye beef steak specifically cut with at least five inches of rib bone left intact. This extra-long bone is french-trimmed, leaving a beautiful presentation piece. • The steak itself comes from the rib section, the same part of the beef as any other ribeye. What sets the tomahawk apart is its size and the bone, which not only adds to the visual appeal but some say helps enhance the flavor when cooked. • This time I did it hung and then finished over the frying pan. I used my Chimichurri as a rub first, and then added the Chimichurri mix on it’s sauce version.
