Treatment of suspected hyperkalemic cardiac arrest begins with typical management of cardiac arrest including high-quality CPR, defibrillation if appropriate, and resuscitation medications • Administer calcium products to stabilize cardiac membrane and potassium shifting medications • If ROSC is achieved, initiate dialysis • 3.
