The View Range dialog looks complicated but most of the time what you need to set is simple. • In plan view, adjust Cut Plane and Bottom values. • In ceiling view, adjust Cut Plane and Top values. • Set the view depth to the same value as Bottom in plan view and Top in ceiling view. • That's it really.
