CRUCIAL BX500 VS KINGSTON A400 240GB SSD Benchmarking OS in CRUCIAL

Recently I bought a CRUCIAL BX500 SSD (240GB) from Flipkart in Oct 2020 and compared it against the KINGSTON A400 SSD (240GB) which I bought in July 2020. I got Crucial in Rs 2267 only during Flipkart sale and Kingston costed me Rs 2700 from offline market (in July 2020). • • During this video, • Windows 10 was installed in CRUCIAL BX500 and • KINGSTON A400 SSD was blank • • Here is the video link where I installed the • Windows 10 OS in KINGSTON A400 and • CRUCIAL BX400 is blank • • CRUCIAL BX500 VS KINGSTON A400 240GB ... • CRUCIAL BX500 Unboxing: • • CRUCIAL BX500 SSD 240GB UNBOXING • KINGSTON A400 Unboxing: • • KINGSTON A400 SSD 240GB UNBOXING • Single Benchmarking of KINGSTON A400 • • Single Benchmarking of CRUCIAL BX500 • • • Both the SSD performs identical but I can see a difference in speed due to the fact that one of it is having OS Installed or may be its used for few month and it might impacted the performance. • • I tested both the SSD individually and getting the similar score. Also, this tool is not consistent with measuring the speed which I got to know after I tested the same SSD multiple times. Its giving different score each time. • But I can tell you that both SSD performs almost identical and only having difference of few MB/Sec between them. • • One of the physical difference between both the Drive is that the outer case of the KINGSTON SSD is made up of some metal (aluminum or Magnesium I thing) but CRUCIAL is made up of Plastic. • • I recommend you to buy any of the SSD and go for whatever is cheaper compared to other.
