First Pull Ups on your list? • If you're in your 40s and struggling with pull ups then try this movement to build ups some strength. • A row is usually going to be a more advantageous way for you to pull your own bodyweight than a pull up. • And so this movement which I stole from GMB combines aspects of both and provides a useful stepping stone between rows and pull ups. • And holding yourself in a position is easier than actually moving • Get yourself into a table top position - see video start. • Arms are directly under the ropes which should hang down vertically. • Row yourself up and whilst holding your body at this height then sit back down. • This will bring your head between the handles of the rings. Now reverse the sequence and let your body descend back down in the row. • Repeat. • Devine Results Coach is a local Personal Trainer Tunbridge Wells who specialises in helping men and women who remember life before mobile phones and reality TV achieve their goals whilst exploiting their experience. • Website: http://devineresultscoach.com • Facebook: / devineresultscoach • Twitter: / fortyfit
