What more could you want? • Dont forget to subscribe to my channel •    / theboywhobakes   • My books are available here http://t.co/vY1v11x9\\ •   / theboywhobakes   •   / theboywhobakes   •   / theboywhobakes   • Pistachio and Lemon Shortbread • Make a double batch of my basic shortbread (as in this video    • How to Make Shortbread - Baking Build...  ) • and add to it • 100g pistachios, chopped roughly • zest of 1 large lemon • Tip the dough out onto the work surface and gently bring together into a uniform dough. Divide into two equal pieces and form into sausage shapes. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate until the dough is firm. Use a sharp thin knife to cut the cookies into 1cm thick slices. Bake on parchment lined baking trays at 180C/350F (160C/320C Fan) for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Allow to cool fully before eating.
